Create your very own Pistachio Hummus
Ingredients:
- Overnight soaked chickpeas
- Two garlic cloves
- Lemon juice
- Olive oil
- The Hive Bulk Pistachios
Method:
- Blend together 1/2 cups of pistachios, a drizzle of olive oil and three tablespoons of water until a paste consistency is formed.
- Combine a cup of chickpeas, two diced garlic cloves, two tablespoons of lemon juice and 40ml of water and continue blending up till the desired consistency is achieved.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve with either tortilla chips or vegetables.
Storage and Shelf Life
Store in cool, dry and airtight container for up to 6 months.
