Once your order is ready to be shipped from The Hive, we will send you the tracking number via email so you can know its status in real-time. Kindly check the email you provided when placing order (check Inbox, Spam and Promotions folders too) for tracking number. If you placed order more than 3 business days ago and haven’t received the email yet, kindly send us a message including your order number at https://m.me/thehivebulkfoods and our friendly team will get back to you the soonest.
At The Hive, we pack all orders in our eco-friendly packaging and ship within 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri). Once order is shipped and you received your tracking number via email (check Spam and Promotions folders too if it’s not in your inbox), you can check your order status via the tracking number.
*Note that some delay may be expected during peak season.

We ship your zero waste orders via various logistic companies depending on your location and other details of your order. The specific courier of each order and their contact details is provided to you together with the tracking number. You receive your tracking number via email after your order is shipped. See above for more info on where and how to see your tracking number.

Sure! We accept the following items:
-Prescription glasses (with or without the container)
-E-waste (items not bigger than a microwave oven)
-Glass jars/bottles (cleaned with labels removed)
Drop off at:

-E-waste (all outlets except SS2)
-Glass jars/bottles (all outlets)
-Clothes (Bangsar only)
Your orders are delivered by our delivery partner, not directly by The Hive’s team. Hence, kindly drop off your used items for donation at our physical outlets. Or, try to look for a donation / recycle center nearby your place to drop them off.
Just like everything else, we take the zero-waste and sustainable approach in this too. We use paper bags, recycled glass jars & bottles, recycled boxes and many more eco-friendly options to pack your order with the highest quality that all zero wasters like you deserve. Thanks to our beloved zero waste community, many of these items are recycled and reused. Though we’re trying our best to save our planet and be as sustainable as possible, we may find it absolutely necessary to use items like bubble wrap to wrap the very fragile items or biodegradable plastic bags to pack your food items to keep them safe, fresh and away from pests during delivery. We’re trying our best to find and use zero waste packaging options, however for some items technology is not there yet unfortunately.
When you place an online order and successfully check out, an account is automatically created for you using the details you inserted. This means your shipping/billing details will be saved in your account and you can make your next purchases much faster and easier. You just need to use the same email and password to log in and your shipping details like address, phone number, etc. will be there for you.
