Workshop: Asian Plant Based
Want to eat local, organic, plant based & affordable. Huda is a Yoga teacher and a Plant Based Food Advocate who strongly believes that well-being starts by consuming natural healing foods that leads to healthy mind and body. After adopting mostly Plant- Based diet into her lifestyle almost 6 years ago, she decided to enrol to Plant Based Culinary and Sports Nutrition program to deepen her knowledge in culinary and nutrition. As a result, she is now leading her own workshops when she is not teaching Yoga. For the upcoming workshops, Huda will be teaching plenty delicious Asian recipes using mainly local ingredients and herbs such as:
1. Vegetable chips with Cashew Lime Dip.
2. Thai Style Mushroom Coconut Soup
3. Non-cruelty Rendang
4. Asian Style Ulam Rice Pilaf (Inspired by local favourites, Nasi Ulam)
Participantswill be able to takeaway delicious cashew dip, a copy of the recipes and feast on the variety of dishes! To avoid food shortage/wastage, we appreciate if you could book and make payment early to confirm your attendance
